Biography

 Kyle has been a top prizewinner in numerous competitions around the U.S., including the University of Colorado’s International Guitar Festival and Competition, and the esteemed Guitar Foundation of America’s International Youth Competition.  He has performed for two U.S. Presidents and was chosen as one of Da Camera’s "Young Artists" for the 2016 through 2018 seasons.  Kyle received his bachelor of music degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He was a member of the UT Guitar Quartet, first place prizewinners at the Texas Hill Country International Guitar Ensemble Festival and Competition, and the Brownsville Ensemble Guitar Festival and Competition. The UT Guitar Quartet received the University of Texas’ Board of Regents’ Outstanding Student Award in Arts and Humanities for demonstrating musical excellence and commitment to the arts. Kyle also has a master's degree from Rice University.
